Michael is the visionary owner of Open Door Custom Homes, where craftsmanship meets innovation. With a passion for modern design and attention to detail, Michael leads every project with a commitment to quality, transparency, and personalized service. His approach combines creative architecture, functional layouts, and high-end finishes to deliver homes that are as beautiful as they are livable. Under his leadership, Open Door Custom Homes has earned a reputation for turning dream homes into reality, one custom build at a time.

Damien is our reliable Company Superintendent. He brings a great understanding and a really professional attitude to every project. When he's not on site, you’ll probably find him enjoying some heavy metal music, hanging out with his cats, or celebrating a Chiefs win.

A Wichita native, Chad Relihan is a dependable Superintendent for our team. While he's a bit reserved, his work truly speaks for itself. He has a broad, hands-on knowledge of the trade, with framing being a particular strength that helps ensure top-quality structures on all our sites.
Project Manager
Cierra Bias
As our Office Project Manager, Cierra is a vital part of our team, making sure every detail from administration to floorplan draft designs is executed smoothly. A proud Wichita native, she genuinely loves helping clients bring their homes to life, all while fueled by her favorite coffees!
